When scheduling – please have a time of day, length of session (30 or 60 minute) and method (phone or email) in mind. It expedites the scheduling process. Also – please communicate your time zone if not in Minnesota when scheduling a phone reading.

Cancellation Procedure
If, in any event, you need to cancel an appointment with Tiffany, please contact her at 612-272-2561. A 20% cancellation fee will be assessed if less than 72 hours notice is given. If a period of less than 24 hours notice is given or if there is a no-show, a 50% fee will be charged. Appointments missed due to weather or extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on an individual basis by Tiffany.
Please know that for 1/2 hour and hour readings, Tiffany will honor the balance of the appointment up to 10 minutes past your scheduled time. Following that, the appointment will be seen as a no show.
